12 Gauge VS JUMBO Jawbreakers 🍭

A couple of weeks ago, I was browsing YouTube and came across a fantastic video where Scott over at Kentucky Ballistics put his 50 CAL up against some GIANT jawbreakers. Be sure to check out his video here.

I was amazed at how durable these crazy candies where and wanted to put them to the test myself; But with a 375 grain slug through my 12 gauge. Scott managed to get his hands on the 4 inch, "GIANT" Jawbreakers. These "JUMBO" Jawbreakers are a bit smaller, but the results are still awesome. Either way, I'm doing the world a favor demolishing one candy at a time. Check out the full video for some Jawbreaker trick shots as well! 

I started out with 12 jumbo jawbreakers and shot my 12ga SX3 at it first. The slug blew them all off the table and totally demolished 2 whole jaw breakers! I shot at them point-blank 3 different times, and put some bird shot up against too. After nearly all of them where destroyed I figured I should have some more fun with it and try some trick shots with my exhibition gun.

These candies are SOLID - I learned that if you hit them dead on, they pretty much turn to dust. But if you're off center, they seem to take the hit pretty well and just slice off to the side-maybe I'll have to start practicing with jawbreakers to keep my shots dead on!
